Fantastic experience. My SSD failed in my iMac and I needed an urgent repair (as we all do). After googling Apple Authorised repairers I called Bentech and spoke to Nelson who to my amazement said to bring it in and maybe it could be repaired on the same day. I found the service courteous and Bentech called a few hours later to advise the job was done.. Thanks team Bentech. Well done!! A full 5 star performance.

Just a short note to thank-for rescuing me yesterday by so promptly and efficiently diagnosing and repairing my lap top. I had previously spoken to firms in WA who said this was an impossible task and that I would have to send my lap top – to the Eastern States. That was yesterday – today I fly in the next 30 minutes to Adelaide and then on to UK via Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne – in 7 days I will be on my way back to UK. So you did save my business trip from disaster – we will recommend your services to all our WA based clients and we have many. You are true professionals!

Computer is running like a dream. Macbook Pro with the dreaded pinwheel and Adobe problems taken to Bentech last week. They were absolutely wonderful in their professionalism, expertise, timeliness and pricing, and I am very glad to have found them. Highly recommended.

Once again I had an emergency with my iMac.  This time the screen had locked and the OS would not boot.  Called in to the shop and Ben and his team fixed it and repaired the OS in about 1-2 hours so it’s all good again.  I live in Menora (near next to Mt Lawley) so it’s a bit of a drive to go to their shop in Fremantle but the trip is worth it. This is the second time I’ve relied on Bentech to fix my iMac and they were great the first time and the service the second time has proved they are still excellent.  Their analysis and troubleshooting is very thorough.  Once again, many thanks to Ben and his team.

So many businesses offer after sales support but these guys really are as good as their word. Support is the keyword because all through the dramas with our computer, nothing was ever too much trouble. Five stars plus! These guys are always helpful, don't try to sell you the earth and really know what they are doing. Nice guys too! Highly recommended!
